Description
Corn has a naturally hard structure, which means that it is hard to digest. It contains more energy than oats but contains a low percentage of protein.
When corn is hydrothermally treated with moist heat, the resulting corn flakes are easier to digest, making it easier for the horse's body to absorb their nutrients. They are also very tasty!
