Bitter substances are phytochemicals. The herbs can be drunk as a tea but taste mostly unpleasant. One also finds bitters in special spirits or herb liqueurs.
Spring Awakening contains bitter herbs such as artichokes and milk thistle with synergistic trace elements. The recipe was rounded off with Coenzyme Q10 and natural vitamin E.
Recommended use:
- Take 2 capsules with or after a meal once daily. For athletes or people exerting a lot of energy, 4 capsules could be taken per day. Please check with your doctor regarding your supplement plan.
