Bitter substances are secondary plant substances. Although herbs containing bitter substances can be drunk as tea, they usually taste unpleasant. Bitter substances are also found in special spirits such as bitters or herbal liqueurs.
Spring Awakening contains bitter herbs such as artichoke and milk thistle with synergistic trace elements. It is rounded off with coenzyme Q10 and natural vitamin E.
Recommended intake: 2 capsules of 500 mg per day. Consume after or with food. For athletes in high-performance phases or in the case of long-term nutrient deficiencies, the intake can be increased to 4 capsules.
