Prebiotic Glykomin Comp. by Valetumed is a complementary feed for horses, featuring a balanced nutrient blend to gently support the musculoskeletal system during periods of heavy strain. The formulation has been developed in collaboration with veterinarians and equine clinics and provides high-quality support for daily feeding.

The blend combines carefully selected natural substances such as rosehip, nettle, and chamomile with high-dose, native glycosaminoglycans. These special building blocks are a natural primary component of connective tissue and an essential constituent of synovial fluid, through which they can support nutrient supply to the joint cartilage.

This feed also provides a high dosage of vitamin C, omega-3 fatty acids, and caffeic acid. This combination can help to support the suppleness and natural resilience of tendons and ligaments. This product is an ideal supplement for maintaining daily agility, particularly for sports horses, seniors, or animals whose joints are subject to heavy strain.

Feeding recommendation:
For high feeding requirements: 5 g per 100 kg of body weight daily added to the concentrate feed (large horses 25 g daily; for foals, young horses, and ponies 12 g daily).

For base supply: 2 g per 100 kg of body weight per day (large horses 12 g daily; for foals, young horses, and ponies 6 g daily).

If required, 2-4 times the amount can be given during the first 10 days. Maximum four times per day.
