Aloe Vera is one of the oldest remedies in the world. Aloe Vera leaves can even be used without any further processing.

We buy our fresh leaves from Peloponnese in Greece. The Aloe Vera Barbadensis Miller plants are grown on organic farms on good soil. Sunlight, wind and pure spring water are the only things the plants are exposed to. The leaves are carefully harvested by hand and are at least 5 years old. The age of the leaves is very important because the plant needs to be at least 4 years old to develop all its active ingredients.

Aloe Vera is the ideal care product for your horse's coat and skin. It can be used on any type of irritated skin and promotes healing.

Aloe vera can also be used to prevent parasites. In the case of an already existing parasitic infestation, however, it is only conditionally usable. It can be used to treat fungi, however.

Note: The aloe vera leaves are freshly harvested on Wednesdays in Greece and are sent to Austria. Shelf life in the refrigerator is up to 10 weeks. Orders are collected weekly until Tuesday at 15:00 and are sent out on Thursdays.
