Sprenger novocontact Curb, 16 mm with 7 cm Instep, SENSOGAN

The novocontact curb bit offers optimum tongue freedom thanks to a forward sloping mouthpiece with an enlarged contact surface. The design is optimally adapted to the space in the horse's mouth and enables a soft distribution of pressure. Sufficient practical tests show that the curb bit proves its worth especially with horses that tend to pull up their tongues.

Note on the choice of size:
The horse's mouth is narrower where the curb bit is buckled in, which is why the curb bit should generally be chosen 1/2 to 1 cm smaller than the undercut snaffle. Please make sure that the sides of the bit are close to the mouth. The chin chain should be buckled in such a way that the curb bit can be accepted up to an angle of approx. 45°.
