Description
The tasty fibre special feed for horses that have to be fed grain-free. Also suitable for sport horses!
The recipe is for nutritional support for metabolic diseases: without grain, no molasses, with low starch and sugar content, rich in raw fibre, rich in anti-inflammatory omega-3 fatty acids, vitamin E, zinc and selenium.
Vito is based on loose or pressed hay fibres, oil and a mineral/vitamin mix, enhanced with tasty natural components such as carrot and garlic flakes. Thanks to the high oil content, Vito can also be supplied with grain-free energy for sport horses. It is also possible to feed the special feed soaked (1 litre Vito with 1 litre of water).
Feeding recommendation (as the sole supplementary feed):
- Small horse/pony approx. 250g per 100kg bodyweight / day
- Whole blood approx. 300g per 100kg bodyweight / day
- Warm blood approx. 350g per 100kg bodyweight / day
Feeding recommendation (as the sole supplement to hay):
- Without / light work approx. 1.0 - 2.0kg
- Medium work approx. 2.0 - 3.0kg
