The Marine Manicouagan Clay naturally contains abundant minerals and trace elements, which can have a balancing and remineralising effect. The heavy clay is excellently cooling and can naturally contribute to the recovery of tendons and muscles after intense exertion or in cases of swelling and oedema.
Recommended use:
For daily use or after intense exercise
- Cover the area to be treated with a 1 cm layer of clay
- Rinse off with water the next day
To aid in the anti-inflammatory treatment of swelling
- Apply clay as an envelope
- Cover the area with plastic wrap and a bandage
- Rinse off with water the next day
- Repeat application daily
