Brexit Information & Updates

Brexit is bringing with it a host of changes with regard to orders and deliveries in online retail. We have strived to do everything in our ability to avoid our customers from being at a disadvantage as a result of Brexit and minimising the effect that Brexit might have on the overall shopping experience.

However, some changes could not be avoided. We have listed the new updates in this regard down-below.

Most importantly: Customs duties and taxes will be incurred by us. No additional costs will be incurred by the customer. We guarantee: The customer only settles the amount that is displayed on our website. Returns will remain to be free of charge. Deliveries will be processed by UPS.

Some restrictions had to be put into place. However, we are working hard to lift these in future:

  • Delivery delays may occur between December 24th, 2020 and January 18th, 2021. We are expecting longer processing times for delivery services and customs clearance. The delivery times should be back to normal as from January 20th, 2021.
  • Due to legal regulations, we are forced to disable the sale of some product groups in the UK. Therefore, you may not be able to purchase some of your favourite products.
  • For the time being, we are unable to ship orders to Northern Ireland.
  • Companies with a valid VAT Registration Number are only able to place company orders that exceed 135 GBP.
