Recommended use:
- Stir 20 ml (see the measuring cup) into water or juice and drink before breakfast.
- Alternatively, you can divide the dose into two parts and drink 10ml in the morning and 10ml in the afternoon.
- When taking GladiatorPLUS for the first time, it's recommended to take the supplement for 40-80 days. Afterwards, take 3 times per week, or daily.
- Shake vigorously before use.
